The National Alliance of Medical Accreditation Specialists (NAMAS) is a subsidiary of DoctorsManagement and was founded in 2007 by Shannon DeConda, DoctorsManagement Director of Coding Services and a partner in the firm.
NAMAS offers training and education solutions for auditors, coders and other medical professionals. The organization delivers live classes across the country and numerous web-based training solutions to help individuals prepare for the AAPC’s Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA®) exam.
NAMAS supports the career pursuits of thousands of medical staff and professionals, and has recently expanded its educational offerings with a the new Certified Professional Managed Care Negotiator training program.
