3 Would I have the potential to lose patients if I do not contract with this company?
4 If yes, who are those patients?
5 Is the plan easy to administer?
6 Does the company pay in a timely manner?
7 What is the rate of denials?
8 What is the reimbursement compared to other plans?
9 Are there refund issues with this carrier?
10 Can I opt-out of particular product lines if they are not beneficial to my practice?
11 Does this contract extend to silent PPOs (other networks that are not specifically named)?
12 Are contract terms and conditions acceptable?
13 Is the carrier financially stable?
14 Do your referring physicians contract with this network or carrier?
