The Credentialing Facts:

*  This process may take 3-9 months for completion.  

*  Revalidating your practice is MANDATORY with Medicare.  Upon adding additional providers or making modification to current enrollment(s), the process will be delayed until revalidation has been completed.

*  Some Medicare carriers will NOT accept the providers application until the effective date is within the next 30 days.

*  The Medicare enrollment applications were recently updated.  Using the wrong version will cause your application to be denied.
