Client acknowledges that AAPOL has expended substantial resources, time, services and money to develop and maintain valuable and extensive business relationships with various vendors, consultants and associates.

As a result, AAPOL is able to negotiate with such vendors, consultants and associates to obtain favorable contract terms, special pricing and payment options, and other unique privileges on behalf of its clients.

As a result of its cultivated business relationships, AAPOL may receive commissions, fees, rebates, gratuities or other similar payments from vendors, consultants and associates that supply goods and services to its clients and customers. However, such payments will not increase the prices charged by vendors to AAPOL clients, nor will they be knowingly passed on to clients.
