This manual contains the basic implementation information plus sample forms, policies and procedures, and overview training presentations necessary for implementation of all the currently approved HIPAA regulations.  Included are a hardcopy manual and a disk copy in Microsoft Word for use in modifying the various materials to better describe your practice’s specific approach to HIPAA.  It is a “work in progress” and will be periodically updated as new regulations are approved and additional guidance for proper interpretation is available from Health and Human Services (HHS).
