As a credentialing specialist, Shannon offers provider enrollment for medical providers with insurance carriers, completing the credentialing and contracting processes with them.

Shannon brings over twenty years in physician practice management and medical billing for radiology practices. She enjoys challenging work and applies her problem-solving skills on a daily basis to help DoctorsManagement clients.

She attended the University of Tennessee, majoring in textiles, merchandise, and design. Shannon enjoys cooking, decorating (and re-decorating) her house, reading, and traveling with friends.
