Graham brings a results-oriented approach to DoctorsManagement clients seeking to implement quality systems and improvements for laboratory services.
With experience as a COLA Inspector as well as a hospital laboratory supervisor and manager, Graham brings a global perspective to our CLIA consulting services. He has more than fifteen years of hospital laboratory experience and success in the regulatory, technical, and business realm.
Prior to joining DoctorsManagement, Graham was a national representative for COLA. He is an expert in the integration of all states’ requirements and states’ laws as well as an invaluable resource for compliance with CLIA and COLA regulatory interpretation and state laboratory licensure requirements. He also possesses supervisory experience gained while establishing and maintaining system-wide compliance for various blood banks and laboratories.
Graham earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology and a Specialist Certification in Blood Banking and Hematology from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Wesleyan University in Indiana. Graham is a Florida Licensed Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in all areas of testing. His commitment to quality and respect of his peers earned him the Rookie of the Year Award while serving as a COLA Surveyor.
